So how scary is this new economy crisis in the States? I've been listening to BBC all day and it's started to affect the British banks as well. The Brits call it the 'credit crunch'. What a cute name for a horrid situation. Can we eat it?
And the Lehmans? Can you imagine, you're working in a huge, prestigious multinational, sure, you think you have job security. And one day it all collapses and you don't even get that month's wages. There goes all the wise naggings from your grandma about getting a good job in a big foreign company so you can reap the benefits, eh.
